Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase, download, installation, activation, access to, and use of any software, digital licenses, or other digital products (“Digital Goods”) provided by RagnoTech Software Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using any Digital Goods, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase, download, install, activate, access, or use the Digital Goods.

By completing a purchase, you request immediate delivery of the Digital Goods and understand that access or license activation may begin immediately.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Changes apply from the date they are published unless stated otherwise. Updated Terms do not apply retroactively to purchases, licenses, or transactions completed before the effective date of the changes. By continuing to download, install, activate, access, or use the Digital Goods after the updated Terms become effective, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

The latest version will always be published here.

3. Digital Goods

We offer two types of Digital Goods:

  • Free Digital Goods – Products available at no cost. These may have limited functionality, reduced features, or other usage restrictions. We may modify or discontinue free products at any time and for any reason.
  • Paid Digital Goods – Products that require the purchase of a license before they can be fully used.

We may release updates, bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility updates, or feature changes at any time. We may also discontinue products, updates, or services when necessary. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a Digital Good does not guarantee lifetime updates, continuous development, new features, technical support, or permanent availability.

Development and maintenance may continue for as long as it remains reasonably viable, but no obligation is created to maintain or support a product for any specific period. If a product or service is discontinued, or the business ceases operations, all license obligations will be considered fulfilled as of the discontinuation date. No further updates, features, support, or maintenance will be made available after that point.

Where technically and commercially feasible, reasonable efforts may be made to preserve access to the final available version of purchased Digital Goods. However, we cannot guarantee the indefinite availability of downloads, activation systems, online features, or related services.

Some Digital Goods may be offered under specific license types or editions, such as time-limited licenses, version-limited licenses, or lifetime licenses. These terms describe the scope of the license and any included updates, as explained below:

Low Specs Experience Premium Licenses:

  • Lifetime Pass License is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to Low Specs Experience, including all future updates and major versions released for this specific product line.
  • Full Version License is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to a specific major version of Low Specs Experience (for example, V14), including all updates released for that version. This license does not include access to future major versions or new editions. If the licensed major version is discontinued or reaches end of life, we may, at our sole discretion, provide access to a newer major version of the same product or offer an alternative replacement product where applicable.
  • Time-Limited License grants access to Low Specs Experience for a fixed period of time (for example, 1 year). Access to the product and included updates is available only during the active license period and will expire upon expiration of the license unless renewed.

4. License

When you obtain a Digital Good, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with these Terms.

This license allows you to use the Digital Good only for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the Digital Goods or any intellectual property rights.

You may not:

  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make the Digital Goods available to others.
  • Share license keys, activation credentials, or other access methods.
  • Transfer your license to another person without our written permission.
  • Claim ownership of the Digital Goods.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by us and our licensors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Digital Goods responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the Digital Goods in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code, except where applicable law does not allow this restriction.
  • Remove, alter, or hide copyright notices, license information, or other ownership markings.
  • Bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent licensing, activation, authentication, or security mechanisms.
  • Modify the Digital Goods for the purpose of avoiding licensing restrictions.
  • Use malware, exploits, automated tools, or other methods to interfere with our products, services, systems, or infrastructure.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers. A license is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. If a payment is cancelled, reversed, refunded by the payment provider, or found to be fraudulent, we may suspend or revoke the affected license.

7. Refund Policy

Because our Digital Goods are delivered electronically, delivery normally begins immediately after purchase.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are generally not available once a license has been activated or used.

If a reproducible technical problem caused by our Digital Goods prevents their intended use, please contact us with enough information for us to investigate the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, an alternative solution, or a refund.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase.
  • Purchasing the wrong product.
  • Not reading the product description before purchase.
  • Failure to meet the listed system requirements.
  • Compatibility issues with third-party software or hardware that we do not claim to support.
  • User configuration errors, misuse, or incorrect installation.

8. Third-Party Services

Some Digital Goods may depend on third-party software, operating systems, online services, APIs, or other infrastructure.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, pricing, policies, or continued operation of third-party services.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, misuse the Digital Goods, or intentionally attempt to bypass licensing or security systems.

If your license is terminated, your right to use the affected Digital Goods ends immediately.

We may also modify, discontinue, or replace Digital Goods when reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, or business reasons.

10. Disclaimer

The Digital Goods are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we work to provide reliable software, we do not guarantee that the Digital Goods will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, available, or compatible with every device, operating system, software configuration, or hardware environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, business interruption, or data arising from the purchase or use of the Digital Goods.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files and protecting your own systems.

12. Privacy

If we collect personal information while providing the Digital Goods, we will handle it according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All Digital Goods, including software, source code, artwork, documentation, user interfaces, branding, trademarks, logos, and related materials, remain owned by us or our licensors.

Purchasing a license grants permission to use the Digital Goods only as described in these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Digital Goods.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

15. Support

Support may be offered for some Digital Goods, but we do not guarantee that support will always be available, that every request will receive a response, or that every issue can be resolved.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a Digital Good does not include ongoing maintenance, updates, or technical support.

16. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms or your purchase, please contact us using the contact information provided in the Support section on our website.
