RagnoTech Software Solutions also publicly referred to and known as Ragnotechpowered is an independent software developer that develops various software solutions for Windows operating systems.

Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand the Terms of Service before downloading or using any of the products (“Products”) from this website. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms – you are prohibited from using or accessing this website. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of software solutions available on this website.

Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability

The Products on this website are provided “as is” and without any warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of fitness for a particular purpose. Further, RagnoTech Software Solutions does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the Products on its Internet website.

RagnoTech Software Solutions cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to its website or Products, and the operation of the website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside its control.


Usage of Products

Everyone who has access to the Products publicly available on this website is authorized to use the Products. The user will never be asked for any payment for the free versions of Products available on this website. You also understand that access to free versions of the Products is available without signing any contracts, account creation, or mandatory sign-ups.

Please note that Premium (paid) features are also available to the user after purchasing the Premium Membership package. Premium Membership grants the user access to all premium features and perks otherwise unavailable for free. You can read more about Premium Membership perks here.

The user (owner) of the Premium Membership is fully responsible for maintaining and ensuring that the unique serial number for Premium Products is safe and not shared or otherwise accessed by someone else without their knowledge. Should an owner of a Premium Membership share the unique serial number with someone else (outside of the scope of activation on personal systems), the owner is obliged to contact the Support and provide an insight about who is activating and using the Premium Membership Products with their unique serial number. An unlimited number of activations is solely limited to personal use, and any mass-activation detected by a specific unique serial number is prone to suspension and termination of access to all Premium Products a specific unique serial number activates.

Anyone found sharing their unique serial number or Premium Membership details publicly in one way or another (without prior notice or consultation with the Support of the Products provider) is prone to suspension and termination of their Premium Membership without prior notice. The Premium Membership’s unique serial number(s) is/are received right after the purchase of the Premium Membership package. The owner should only use the unique serial number for Premium Products to activate the paid features of specific Products for personal use on an unlimited number of devices. Sharing Premium Membership unique serial numbers with close friends or family members should also be announced to the Support of the Products provider. Any mass-activation activity (limited but not exclusive to public sharing of the Premium Membership unique serial number) will result in a permanent suspension of the aforementioned Premium Membership.

Should you lose access to your Premium Membership unique serial number, you can request for recovery of your Premium Membership unique serial number by contacting the Support of the Products provider. If you believe that your Premium Membership unique serial number has been in any way compromised, you can also request a reissue of your unique serial number. This way, a new unique serial number is generated free of charge.

Content of the Products

The end-user is fully responsible for the usage of the Products. You also understand that some of the guide videos provided on the RagnoTech Software Solutions YouTube channel (a channel where the guide videos for the Products are posted) might show an outdated user interface of an older version of the Products. If you do not understand and feel confused while following the instructions, you should contact Support for further assistance.

While using the Products, you will not be exposed to content that might be offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. RagnoTech Software Solutions reserves the right to monitor any content posted claiming to be associated with its Products. RagnoTech Software Solutions cannot take responsibility for the content hosted by other users (for example: video guides from other users showing discontinued or old versions of the software solutions; modified or reuploaded installation files hosted on 3rd party websites). RagnoTech Software Solutions also reserves the right to submit takedown requests for such content, should there be a valid reason. RagnoTech Software Solutions also reserves the right to submit takedown requests for any content found to be misrepresenting or harassing any of the Products.

Using the Products

Products available on this website evolve constantly. As such, the Products may change from time to time. RagnoTech Software Solutions may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Products or any features within the Products to the users. RagnoTech Software Solutions also retains the right to disable or limit the use of any specific Premium Membership account at any time. RagnoTech Software Solutions may also suspend and terminate access to Premium Products for Premium Membership users violating the Terms of Service. While such an event is a very rare occurrence, if such events occur, the Premium Membership user linked to the prohibited activity will be provided a reason for the suspension or termination of access to the Premium Membership features.

In consideration of RagnoTech Software Solutions granting you access to the Products, you agree that advertisements may be displayed within the free Products. You also agree not to misuse the Products and avoid doing the following while accessing or using the Products: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Products, its computer systems, or the technical delivery systems; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Products by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement; (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Products to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Products, or by scripting the creation of content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Products.

Your Premium Membership Account

You may need to purchase a Premium Membership package which includes a unique serial number to use the exclusive (paid) features of the Products unavailable for free. You are responsible for safeguarding your Premium Membership details, so please ensure that you protect your unique serial number at all costs and limit its use to the personal use of the Premium Products. We cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above. The user is obligated to obtain and safeguard the Premium Membership’s unique serial number according to the official instructions, avoiding any damage to the Products.

You can permanently disable or have your Premium Membership account deleted at any time by contacting us. If you chose to have your account disabled instead, you can see what information is deleted and what we continue to store after the account is disabled in our privacy policy.

Your License to Use the Products

You are granted a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the free software solutions and features provided as part of the Products. This license has the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the free Products as provided, in the manner permitted by these Terms of Service.

Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the RagnoTech Software Solutions name or any RagnoTech Software Solutions logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Products is entirely voluntary. We are free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

Payment & Delivery

All of the orders are securely processed by PayPal, and it is the Merchant of Record for all orders. After your payment has been made and we successfully receive the transaction, you will get access to your purchased products immediately upon the completion of payment.

Refund Policy

Since RagnoTech Software Solutions offers non-tangible and irrevocable digital products, refunds WILL NOT be issued after a purchase is processed and a Premium Membership unique serial number is issued. If there is an issue with the activation of Premium Products, the problem will be resolved.


The Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. RagnoTech Software Solutions does not guarantee that the Products will perform the same for all users and be supported on all versions of the Windows operating system. RagnoTech Software Solutions does not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party mods, scripts, or applications that you might be using alongside its Products.

Changes to this Terms of Service

These Terms of Service might be revised from time to time. Other than for changes addressing new functions or made for legal reasons, we will notify you if something changes to these Terms of Service that impacts the rights or obligations of any party to these Terms of Service, for example, via a Product notification or one of the associated social channels. By continuing to access or use the Products after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.
