  • Premium Version: Premium access requires the purchase of a Premium package, which unlocks exclusive features and services in a full version manner. Premium features are only accessible through authorized serial numbers, which must be protected by the user.

4. License to Use Products and Services

  • Free and Trial Versions: When you access our free or trial versions of products or services, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free or trial versions of our products and services for evaluation or personal purposes. These licenses may include limitations on features and functionality.
  • Premium Version: When you purchase a Premium package, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the product or service. This license is exclusive to you and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to others. You are responsible for safeguarding your Premium serial number. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of the serial number may result in suspension or termination of your access to Premium features.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our products and services, you agree to:

  • Use them in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws.
  • Not share or disclose Premium serial numbers, activation keys, or any other sensitive information without prior authorization.
  • Refrain from modifying, reverse-engineering, distributing, or attempting to create derivative works from our products or services.
  • Not engage in activities that could harm or interfere with the normal operation of our systems or products, including attempting to bypass security measures or overload systems.

6. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment Processing: All payments for Premium products and services are securely processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal). Payments must be made in full before you can access Premium products or services.
  • Delivery of Services: Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to the purchased digital products or services. Access to Premium features is contingent upon the activation of a valid Premium serial number.

7. Refunds

We do not offer refunds once a Premium serial number has been activated, as our products and services involve the delivery of non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. By completing your purchase and activating the serial number, you confirm receipt of the product or service, which cannot be returned or revoked.

Refunds will only be considered if the product is proven defective or inaccessible due to an issue on our part and no resolution can be provided. For technical issues or activation difficulties, please contact our support team immediately. We are committed to resolving any problems and providing a solution so both parties are satisfied.

If your Premium access is suspended or terminated, we will provide you with the reason and notify you of any available options for reinstatement.   • “As Is” Basis: Our products and services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, without any warranties or guarantees, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our products or services, especially given the ongoing and evolving nature of digital development.
  • Service Availability: While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our Services, we do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free or available at all times. We are not responsible for any downtime, disruptions, or outages that occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Access to Paid Digital Goods: In the event that we cease operations for any reason, we are committed to ensuring continued access to any paid digital goods that you have acquired, for as long as it remains technically and financially feasible. If we discontinue the development of a product or service, we will take reasonable actions to maintain access to these digital goods. Additionally, we will provide essential maintenance updates to ensure these products remain functional to the best of our ability, even after active development has ended.
  • Product and Service Obsolescence: If an older version of a product becomes unusable due to technical limitations, we will offer a free upgrade to the next available and fully functional version of the same product, ensuring continued access to the purchased product. However, upgrades are subject to availability and may depend on technical feasibility.
  • Lifetime License: We offer products under a ‘lifetime license’ model, which refers to the lifetime of the product offering and the associated services, not an indefinite period. The term ‘lifetime’ applies to the duration during which we continue to provide relevant services, updates, and features, as long as it remains technically and financially viable for us. If we cease offering the service or product, the lifetime license will be considered fulfilled. Please note that a ‘lifetime license’ does not guarantee perpetual availability or continued development beyond the active lifecycle of the product or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RagnoTech Software Solutions and its affiliates, employees, agents, licensors, or partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our products and services, including but not limited to any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, or any other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from:

  • Security breaches or unauthorized access to your data
  • Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in our products or services
  • User errors or failure to follow the instructions provided
  • Loss of data or inability to retrieve or restore data

You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data and ensuring that it is protected. In no event shall RagnoTech Software Solutions be liable for any damages resulting from the loss, corruption, or failure to back up your data.

Additionally, RagnoTech Software Solutions shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or other force of events.
